Job Description: Full-Time Executive Administrative Assistant
The Executive Administrative Assistant is a critical member of the executive team, providing administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and other senior executives, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing presentations, and responding to emails and phone calls
- Coordinate travel arrangements and event planning
- Maintain files and records
- Provide customer service to internal and external clients
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 5 years of experience as an executive administrative assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
