Key Responsibilities:
- Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Assist customers with their banking needs, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Work closely with colleagues to promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and perform routine tasks with attention to detail.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
