Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and courteous service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Process various types of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling and transaction processing.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and sales opportunities.
- Operate a cash handling terminal or personal computer to process transactions and balance accounts.
- Meet performance standards, including productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior banking experience preferred.
- Basic math skills, including counting currency, coin, and negotiable instruments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
