Summary
Oaktree is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join the Investment and Trading Technology (ITT) group. Oaktree is on a multi-year journey to enhance our technology landscape by adopting modern tools and leveraging modern solutions. This is an exceptional opportunity to help build our future state business architecture to support and expand our capabilities. This position will work closely with our Portfolio Managers, Traders, Middle Office, and Compliance team.
Responsibilities
- Establish strong working relationships with both business and technology teams to ensure seamless application support and adoption.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Trading systems and associated workflows, advising business stakeholders and development teams to enhance business processes and operational efficiencies.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements across trading workflows, leveraging technology to automate manual tasks and improve efficiency across the trade lifecycle.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation efforts, ensuring that functionality meets business requirements.
- Manage relationships with vendors, overseeing ongoing engagements and onboarding of new vendors.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and document analysis to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.

Base Salary Range
175,000-$225,000
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible work arrangement. The base salary offered will be commensurate with experience and / or qualifications, industry knowledge and expertise, as well as prior training and education.
