Views of Burlington is looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to organize and oversee nursing operations in the Assisted Living in Burlington, Iowa. The ideal candidate will create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies. Job Overview and Requirements

- Physical Requirements: Light lifting and carrying
- Education: Registered Nursing Degree
- Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of DON experience, preferably in a long-term care community.
