Compensation : $170k–$220k 1.0%–2.5% equity

Tech Stack
Frontend : React with TypeScript, MaterialUI, Ant Design.
Backend : Node.js, Express, MongoDB.
Data Science : Python.
Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, including hiring, onboarding, and mentoring.
Define and execute the technology roadmap, aligning it with business goals.
Drive collaboration across product, design, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of all systems and platforms.
Requirements
7 years of software engineering experience, with 3 years in leadership roles.
Expertise in full-stack development and modern software architecture.
Hands-on experience with the stated tech stack (React, Node.js, MongoDB, Python).
Proven track record of scaling engineering teams and delivering high-quality products.
Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
