Under the supervision of the Home Care - Program Coordinator, as a Home Care - Personal Care Assistant (PCA) you will carry out services to clients in a kind, caring, and efficient manner. Potential personal cares, housekeeping, cooking, running errands, and / or medication management may be among the client’s requests. Our clients will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have :
As a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have a current, valid Iowa driver's license with proof of current vehicle insurance. One (1) year of experience in a Customer Service role is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.
