About This Position
We’re seeking a Construction Production Manager to join our team. We look for quality, serious, and skilled professionals who want to learn and grow with us for the long term.
You will help with all things production including hiring subcontractors, ordering material, keeping track of job income, expenses, and profits, helping the project managers with inspections, customer service and more.

- Experienced in supervising construction residential projects
- A production manager to keep track of all things job-related

- KNOWLEDGE IN CONSTRUCTION IS A MUST!
Your day to day:
- Manage residential through all phases to ensure the delivery of a quality home
- Schedule subcontractors and delivery dates for materials
- Ensure all building codes and Oakwood Custom Homes standards of quality are met
- Conduct walk-through inspections and other scheduled inspections with the homeowner
- Communicate safety standards to laborers and sub-contractors; enforce safety regulations on all job sites
- Maintain a clean and organized Jobsite
- Interact daily with various departments of the company, subcontractors, customers, and city inspectors
- Attend weekly construction meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
