Key Responsibilities :
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.

- Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Report changes in residents' physical or emotional conditions to the nursing staff.
- Support residents in maintaining their dignity and independence.
