About the Role
As an LPN, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our residents
- Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and monitoring patients for potential side effects
- Educating patients and their families about disease treatment plans, self-care, and follow-up care
- Identifying and mitigating safety hazards to ensure resident safety
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A BLS Provider certification obtained within one month of hire date or job transfer date
- A valid LPN license prior to hire date or job transfer date
- A high school diploma or equivalent
