We are seeking a full-time Brand Marketing Specialist to be a creative force behind our company's visual identity and social media presence. You'll develop eye-catching graphic materials for both print and digital use, manage social media channels across our portfolio, and even assist with video production. This role is ideal for a marketing or graphic design professional with a passion for creating engaging content and a keen eye for detail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
● Produce graphic art and visual materials for flyers, brochures, signage, advertisements, newsletters, and more via Canva and Adobe InDesign
● Create thumbnail images for YouTube
● Coordinate with on-site personnel to update current collateral packages and create a fresh, modern look and tone while maintaining brand standards
● Coordinate with vendors for print material orders
● Assist with editing of property photography via Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
● Help to maintain a consistent look, feel, tone, and voice across all external and internal communication pieces
Social Media:
● Design and implement social media content across the company portfolio that aligns with the brand and overarching business goals
● Provide social media support for property management personnel
● Assist in the development of social media ad strategy and campaigns for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok
● Stay up-to-date on social media strategy and trends
Video Production:
● Assist with the filming of video projects such as apartment tours, training, internal communication segments, weekly employee engagement segments, and more
● Support the post-production process including video editing, captioning, and graphics creation via Adobe Premiere Pro
● Utilize creative and thinking skills to develop ideas for videos
● A background or experience in video production is helpful
Preferred Traits, Skills, and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Graphic Design OR 3 years professional experience in graphic design
• Ability to learn new systems quickly, follow instructions and processes in a fast-paced environment
• Experience creating strong, engaging content
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Canva
• Working knowledge of and comfort using graphic design and photo editing.
• Bonus points for comfort with video editing tools such as Capcut.
• Excellent communications skills – verbal, written, and copywriting for various marketing / promotional materials
• Well-versed in social media including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
