POSITION SUMMARY:
The Resident Aide assists our residents in their day to day activities helping to ensure that all needs are meet including, but not limited too, activities of daily living, helping with physical mobility, and social or recreational moments to name a few.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be able to be easily understood through verbal communication in the English language.
- Prefer one (1) year of experience as a Caregiver/Resident aid at a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including COVID-19 test within 72 hours of start date.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
