Job Summary
We seek passionate, patient-centric, and goal-oriented team members to provide compassionate behavioral health services, including crisis stabilization, inpatient care, and outpatient treatment for acute mental health and substance use disorders.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Patient assessment and care planning
- Liaising with external review organizations or comparable entities
- Developing treatment plans and communicating with patients and their families
- Supervising staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed
- Providing quality patient care in a collaborative environment that emphasizes mental wellness
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited program of professional nursing or relevant state licensure
- Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing
- CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact
