Oakwood Village is seeking an Occupational Therapist for our rehabilitation departments. The Occupational Therapist directs and supervises the occupational therapy programs for the facility. Responsibilities include but not limited to evaluations, assessments, program planning, implementation, follow-up and case management to maximize each resident’s ability to function independently in their activities of daily living. Also, provides leadership and Supervision of the Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING
- Graduate of an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy. Current licensure in the State of Wisconsin.
- Minimum of two years experience preferred. Long-term care experience preferred.
