Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, inventory, and overall restaurant performance.

Duties :

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company policies.

Lead and motivate staff through effective training, shift management, and performance evaluations.

Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing guest concerns and feedback promptly.

Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.

Skills :

Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management.

Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.

Proficient in customer service practices with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Knowledge of inventory control processes and budgeting techniques.

Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in banquet planning and execution is a plus.

A solid understanding of kitchen operations and food service dynamics.
