RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive monthly salon revenue to its maximum potential. Achieve monthly targets by scheduling appointments and increasing product sales. Greet and assist guests professionally during check-in and check-out. Become proficient in salon software operation. Support hairstylists with various tasks such as fetching beverages, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness. Maintain active social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok during shifts. Create engaging social media content. Effectively manage multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines. Handle various errands from start to finish. Familiarize yourself with our salon's offerings, products, and procedures. Occasionally participate in events, meetings, or conferences. Contribute to additional projects as required.
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
