• 3-5 years in a beverage-focused or floor management role within a fast-paced, fine dining setting.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive motions (e.g., walking, bending)
• Expertise in classic and modern cocktails, liquors (brands, production, regional specifics).
• Familiarity with industry critics and awards.
• Proven leadership and hands-on management approach.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
• Detail-oriented, with high standards for quality and service.
• Thrives under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Full schedule flexibility.
• Open to constructive feedback and excels in a team setting.
Job Responsibilities
• Oversee bar operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Act as the main contact for guests, staff, and management on bar-related matters.
• Support the front-of-house team to maintain consistent service standards.
• Promptly and professionally address guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Delegate daily tasks and manage the bar team’s schedule.
• Conduct R&D for new beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
• Oversee product quality, sourcing, inventory, and cost management.
• Provide training and support to the bar team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage opening/closing duties for the bar.
• Be knowledgeable and willing to perform bartender and lead bartender duties.
