About Our Health Center :

Oasis at the Conch Republic is located in the upper Florida Keys.  The Keys are a very special place, and we are proud to be part of the fabric and folklore of the Republic.  We pride ourselves on quality care, responsive service, and commitment to excellence.  We are seeking one good Business Office Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities Include :   Business Office Manager

  • Perform business office functions in accordance with sound accounting practices.
  • Explain financial obligations to residents and their family.
  • Obtain copies of insurance cards and process credit card transactions.
  • Complete ICP Medicaid applications for residents seeking financial assistance.
  • Manage Medicaid pending application & conversion process to ensure timely resolution.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the resident trust accounting system.
  • Ensures procedures are followed to achieve an accurate and timely closing at month end.
  • Willingness to help others.

    • Qualifications :   Business Office Manager

  • Previous experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and private payors.
  • 1-3 years of A / R, billing, and collection experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in skilled nursing / long-term care facility required.
