Looking for a dedicated and professional Business Office Manager / HR / Payroll director to assist in the day-to-day operations of a Nursing Facility. This position works directly under the Executive Director to ensure the building and its inhabitants are managed to the highest degree. Previous experience as a Business Office Manager / HR / Payroll director or related position in geriatrics / healthcare is a preferred.
Essential Responsibilities :
GENERAL 1. Maintains confidentiality of information the community, its staff, and residents. 2. Establishes and nurtures collaborative relationships with residents and their families. 3. Contributes to the effective operations of the company by demonstrating dependability in job performance.
FINANCE 1. Responsible for following-up with late payments 2. Be responsible for maintaining all census and financial information in databases. Data entry and resident billing management. 3. As the liaison to the Finance Department, assist with payables using the coding system, getting the appropriate signatures, entering, and coding invoices into AP system, and following up with routine bills.
4. 1-3 years of Billing and collections experience in a healthcare setting
5. Previous experience with Medicaid, Medicare and Private payors
6. 1- 3 years of A / R and A / P experience
7. Process Payroll
8. Experience with HR related duties.
