Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans for clients, particularly children with autism and other behavioral health challenges. This role requires a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and a commitment to improving the quality of life for individuals through effective behavioral interventions.
Duties
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs and other therapy staff
- Train and support caregivers and team members
- Monitor progress, adjust programs as needed, and maintain documentation
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D)
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Behavior Analyst by the Minnesota Board of Psychology
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental differences
