We're looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our vibrant waterfront team. In this role, you'll lead a team of energetic service professionals across our restaurant, bar, and member spaces—bringing our signature warm hospitality to life every single day.
- Leading the front-of-house crew—servers, runners, and bussers—with energy and heart
- Ensuring every guest experience is smooth, seamless, and spectacular
- Jumping in to greet and seat, refill drinks, or assist a teammate when needed
- Setting up and breaking down for events and functions (yes, even the epic ones!)
- Training new team members and helping them shine
- Keeping tabs on supplies, inventory, and customer feedback
- Pitching in wherever it’s needed, because teamwork makes the dream work
- A natural leader with at least 1 year of supervisor experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar
- A hospitality pro who gets that little details create big memories
- Calm under pressure, always positive, and ready to roll up your sleeves
- Weekend warrior—nights, weekends, and event shifts are no problem
- Able to lift 50 lbs and ready to move, groove, and lead from the floor
