As an F&B Food Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring that food is delivered promptly and accurately from the kitchen to customers. You will work alongside the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure that food is served to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

As an F&B Food Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring that food is delivered promptly and accurately from the kitchen to customers. You will work alongside the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure that food is served to customers in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Retrieve food from the kitchen and deliver it to the appropriate tables in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that the food is delivered accurately and according to customer specifications.
- Work closely with the waitstaff to ensure that each table receives their food promptly and in the correct order.
- Ensure that plates are clean and presentable before delivering them to customers.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure that all food orders are complete and ready for delivery.
- Keep track of multiple orders and ensure that all food is delivered to the correct tables.
- Assist the waitstaff in clearing tables and ensuring that the dining area is clean and presentable.
- Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a food runner or in a similar role preferred.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as trays of food and dishes.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Food safety and sanitation certification a plus.
