We’re looking for a reliable, self-motivated Maintenance Teammate to help keep our docks, buildings, and facilities in top shape. From dock repairs to landscaping and everything in between, your work helps ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our boaters and visitors every day.

We’re looking for a reliable, self-motivated Maintenance Teammate to help keep our docks, buildings, and facilities in top shape. From dock repairs to landscaping and everything in between, your work helps ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our boaters and visitors every day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform repairs and maintenance on buildings, docks, and marina equipment
- Maintain landscaping and grounds—mowing, trimming, weeding, and general clean-up
- Troubleshoot and perform basic fixes on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Keep outdoor tools and small engines (like mowers) in working condition
- Support general cleanliness and safety of marina grounds, including trash removal
- Communicate regularly with the General Manager about ongoing tasks and priorities
- Ensure all work follows safety guidelines and protocols
- Experience with general maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Familiarity with landscaping tools and outdoor property care
- Mechanical aptitude for equipment and basic engine repair
- Attention to detail and a can-do, team-oriented attitude
- Good communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items safely
- Work in a lively, scenic waterfront environment
