The Server will be responsible for taking food and beverage orders, delivering orders to tables, ensuring timely service, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. - Greet customers, present menus, and take food and beverage orders.
- Answer customer questions regarding menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with guests regularly and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, and accurately process payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining tables, chairs, and floors.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, such as setting up and breaking down the dining area.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
About You:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a server preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic math skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
