As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our success by promoting our client’s home improvement services to new customers. Your efforts will help foster customer loyalty, build trust, and offer solutions that make a real impact on people’s homes.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate:
- Engage with customers to educate them about our home improvement services and the benefits of available programs.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring they fully understand their options.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with top sales managers to address specific customer needs.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, consistently maintaining a positive and professional image.
- Achieve and exceed performance goals through proactive outreach and strong relationship-building with customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records for efficient follow-up and future engagement.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Associate:
- A high school diploma or equivalent degree is preferred. However, we do train at the Entry Level
- 1-2 years in a Customer Service, Canvassing, or Retail Sales position is preferred but not required
- Possess excellent communication skills, including listening to and resolving issues, questions, and concerns
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Reliable transportation through a public commute line or a valid driver's license to drive daily to and from the office
