Our Company specializes in retail campaigns throughout Sacramento. As the Entry Level Sales & Customer Support Associate you will source quality leads by meeting with local community members and determining their interest level in home improvement and home remodeling options. You will introduce potential customers to the Sales Management team while remaining part of the sales cycle as support.
We are seeking individuals to join our Sales & Customer Support team to allow us to continue expanding our reach with Home Improvement.
Responsibilities of an Entry Level Sales & Customer Support Associate:
- Generate leads by highlighting the benefits and value of home improvement products and solutions.
- Effectively communicate the features and advantages of home improvement products and services to customers.
- Deliver sincere, attentive, and customer-focused service at all times.
- Maintain a professional, positive image and attitude in all interactions.
- Demonstrate a high level of focus, competitiveness, and organization in daily tasks.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and outreach guidelines.
- Develop and implement tracking methods to provide valuable feedback and insights to the client.
- Review daily performance reports to assess outreach effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and enhance lead generation strategies.

Salary : $46,000 - $56,000
