Job Description of the Position:
Our Full Time Customer Support Associates fill newly developed positions available within our company, which will essentially transition the ideal applicant into our senior sales management role.
The Full Time Customer Support Associate position is a valued team member in the retail sales department. The position is considered entry-level to start during training which includes a comprehensive overview of basic direct marketing strategy, sales, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer market research.
Full Time Customer Support Associate Job Duties:
- Engage with customers to provide clear information about home improvement services and the associated benefits of available programs.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring they are well-informed and confident in their choices.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with top sales managers to address customers' specific needs and ensure personalized solutions.
- Represent our clients with professionalism, upholding a consistent and positive brand image in all interactions.
- Achieve and exceed performance targets through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure all documentation is up-to-date for efficient follow-up and ongoing support.
Full Time Customer Support Associate Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred.
- A collaborative mindset, with a proven track record of working effectively in team environments (e.g., work, sports, or other activities).
