Position Overview:

The Client Success Manager is the heartbeat of the deal flow, ensuring every transaction is executed with precision, efficiency, and compliance. You’ll be the central point of contact between sales, title companies, and buyers/sellers, making sure deals close on time, without errors, and with minimal friction.

This role is perfect for someone who is detail-obsessed, process-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and accuracy are critical. The ideal candidate is firm and confident yet personable over the phone, can solve problems quickly, and has a "stop-at-nothing" attitude to push deals through to closing.

  • Keeping deals on track – You’re the glue holding everything together, making sure every contract, document, and deadline is handled with precision.
  • Talking to people – Buyers, sellers, title companies, lenders—you're the go-to person keeping everyone informed and confident.
  • Turning problems into solutions – A missing signature? A last-minute change? You figure it out, fast.
  • Staying on top of details – Nothing slips through the cracks on your watch. You triple-check documents and anticipate issues before they become roadblocks.
  • Making sure deals close smoothly – You’re not just checking boxes; you’re actively driving each transaction toward the finish line.
