The Role
As a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist, you will:
- Close off-market real estate deals over the phone.
- Negotiate with sellers, handle objections, and structure win-win deals.
- Analyze market data to make informed, profitable decisions.
- Manage leads efficiently in our CRM and follow up consistently.
- Hit sales targets and drive revenue through strong deal-making skills.
- Work in our office in Dublin, OH in person, full time.

- Experience in door-to-door sales, cold calling, or other high-volume sales environments.
- Strong ambition and a relentless drive to succeed.
- Experience in real estate sales, property acquisitions, or related fields.
- Ability to think strategically, solve problems quickly, and close deals under pressure.
- Proven ability to influence and persuade in a competitive setting.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
