Job Summary

Duties

- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse as needed.
- Help with household tasks including laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping to maintain a clean living environment.
- Support clients with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed health regimens.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information while adhering to all health regulations.
Skills
- Experience in home community care or assisted living environments is preferred.
