- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Help with mobility and transfers, ensuring clients' safety and comfort.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
- Administer medication reminders and follow care plans as directed by medical professionals.
- Document and report any changes in the client's health or behavior.
- Provide assistance with physical therapy exercises or other tasks as directed by healthcare providers.
