Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced and passionate barbacks to join our team at Callisto. In this role, you play a crucial role in supporting the bar staff by ensuring that the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized. This position involves assisting with the preparation and service of beverages, maintaining inventory levels, and performing various tasks to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of bar operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stocking and Inventory: Monitor and replenish bar supplies, including glassware, ice, garnishes, and liquor. Ensure that all items are stored properly and organized for easy access.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Support Bartenders: Assist bartenders with preparing drinks, and fulfilling drink orders promptly. Help with setting up and breaking down the bar before and after shifts.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service by assisting with guest requests and maintaining a positive attitude. Communicate effectively with bartenders and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Compliance: Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and respectful environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of service hospitality experience, barback experience preferred.
• Strong attitude, professionalism, and punctuality.
• Fast and efficient work style.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Bentonville, AR 72712.
