Title: Inside Sales Representative
Job Description The Inside Sales Representative is the voice of the Company, within the medical community, and is able to express the values of the Company. The Sales Representative is responsible for territory growth, product line expansion within each practice, staff training, product knowledge workshops.
- The Inside Sales Representative builds relationships with eye care providers within a defined geographic region from our HQ offices in Glendora.
- The Inside Sales Representative develops and services accounts with willingness to master the cultivating of strong relationships through follow up and follow through all via outgoing phone & video conference calls.
- Our focus is to develop new authentic relationships, while expanding our existing customer base.
- This position requires a reliable, resourceful, creative, professional with a consultative approach to support eye care providers and their teams to become successful with new solutions in their practices.
- Follow up and follow through, flexibility, self-motivated, capable of taking the initiative to strategically assess the territory and create a flexible outreach approach that evolves as needed
- This position focuses on the introduction and sales of in-practice punctal occlusion and over-the-counter solutions for dry eye patients.
This position is expected to be able to work in office at Glendora CA Headquarters. This is not a remote position. Candidate must be able to:
(i) Develop a practice & a territory, (ii) strong phone outreach strategies (iii) have a mastery of conducting regular Video Conference presentations, (iv) comfortable speaking with eye care providers and their team, (v) possible participation in trade shows (vi) travel within territory as needed (vii) development of territory geography, and (viii) working with SalesForce to update customer profiles and maintain the sales lead pipeline.

Qualifications Experience/Training/Education:
Minimum BA/BS Degree in a business-related field 3 to 5 years of successful experience working in Sales or Marketing (telemarketing background maybe considered). Experience in eye care industry is strongly desired. Advanced computer skills working with SalesForce, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM Knowledge/Skills/Abilities. Must be comfortable with mobile applications.
