What are the responsibilities and job description for the Consultation Coordinator position at OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC?
We are seeking full time Consultant Coordinators across the state of New Jersey to support our team to educate and assist patients into treatment for both Spravato and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS).

We are looking for candidates with experience in behavioral health, sales, patient admissions, and using a CRM.
The Consult Coordinators primary responsibility is to manage the patient journey from the time the free consultation ends, up until when the patient starts there first treatment session. You will be completing consultations and trying to put patients into treatment for both Spravato treatment and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) treatment. The consultation consists of both explaining the treatment we provide to the patient and how it could help them and reviewing their insurances benefits with them to see what there out of pocket responsibility will look like for the treatment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Patient Journey
1. Educate the patient on our treatment(s) and how it would be beneficial to them via a free consultation that may either be in-person, on zoom, or via telephone.
2. Explain the patient’s insurance benefits to them, calculate there out of pocket responsibility, and work with them to get them comfortable spending the amount in order to better themselves.
3. Maintain clear and consistent communication with prospective patients between when the consultation takes place and when the patient starts treatment.
4. Completes all documentation required, applies timely status updates into system used by the business, and uploads all necessary documentation.
5. Troubleshoot any obstacles that may interfere with a patient getting into treatment.
6. Collect documentation required for submission insurances authorizations.
7. Work with a team of clinicians to put people into treatment at both the center(s) you work at, and others across the state.
8. With as a team with other coordinators throughout the state to put patients into treatment as efficiently as possible.
Desired Skills and/or Experience:
1. Experience in behavioral health
2. Experience in sales
3. Experience working with computers, software, and CRM’s.
4. Experience with insurance policies.
5. The ability to communicate, stay self-motivated, express empathy towards our patients, and to be highly organized.
This position is on-site only. Hours can be flexible depending on the needs of our prospective patients.
Salary : $24 - $30
