As a Mental Health Intake Specialist at Oasis Mental Health, you'll play a vital role in connecting individuals seeking mental health support with the care they need. You'll be responsible for:
- Outreach and Education: Engaging with potential patients to provide information about our mental health services, including Spravato and TMS.
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating consultations and appointments at our treatment centers.
- Customer Support: Assisting patients throughout the intake process and addressing their inquiries.
- Promoting Mental Health Awareness: Contributing to a positive and supportive environment for patients.
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) & Spravato are both breakthrough treatments that have extremely promising results for treating depression. We will be the largest TMS and Spravato provider in the state of New Jersey. We are looking to hire and train candidates to fill the full-time role of Mental Health Intake Specialist at our intake center in Deerfield Beach.
The position is ideal for candidates who want a professional and comfortable environment, are passionate about mental health, and helping others. This full-time position is for a self-motivated, energetic individual with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Oasis Mental Health Intake is open 5 days a week, our normal business hours are M-F with different shifts ranging from 8AM-6:30PM. We have the intention of starting a Saturday which, where a member of the team would work 4 days a week M-F then work Saturday as day 5.
We offer a competitive pay range of $20-22 per hour based on education level and prior experience. PLUS, a monthly incentive and a generous benefits package including 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision benefits.
Primary Responsibilities:
Patient Care and Support:
- Provide compassionate care and support to patients throughout the intake process.
- Educate callers about our mental health treatments and services.
- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments.
- Follow up with prospective patients and interested parties.
Administrative Tasks:
- Handle a high volume of online inquiries and inbound calls.
- Manage leads and patient requests.
- Perform data entry and other administrative duties as needed.
- Pre-screen patients for insurance coverage and medical history.
- Ensure a high level of service in all interactions.
