Our Spravato program offers innovative treatment for individuals struggling with treatment-resistant depression, and we are committed to ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our patients throughout their journey.
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee our Spravato (esketamine) treatment sessions. This RN will play a vital role in patient monitoring, safety, and support during administration days.
Responsibilities:
Administer and monitor Spravato treatments in accordance with REMS program guidelines
Observe patients throughout treatment sessions and respond to adverse reactions if they occur
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and any side effects
Provide education and emotional support to patients during their visits
Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure a smooth patient experience
Qualifications:
Active RN license in New Jersey
BLS certification
Previous experience in psychiatric, behavioral health, or infusion settings (preferred)
Previous experience in a Spravato clinic (preferred).
Comfortable working with patients experiencing depression or other mental health conditions
Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
