Job Summary
As a Physical Therapy Support Specialist at Oasis Physical Therapy, you will be an essential part of our team and the first person our patients encounter. In this role you will be providing exceptional customer service as well as administrative and facility support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our patients.
Duties
- Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Collect, verify, and efficiently process patient information, discuss and gather insurance information, and process necessary payments and documentation accurately.
- Coordinating with clinical staff by helping to create a positive work environment and culture of the clinic ensuring that patients needs are taking care of during transitional periods of therapy.
- Help provide customer service through additional creative roles.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organization of clinic areas and equipment. Daily equipment cleaning, cleaning tables, laundry, stocking supplies. Additional cleaning and maintenance as needed throughout operations.

Physical Requirements
- Sitting: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer and paperwork.
- Manual Dexterity: Ability to use a computer keyboard and perform tasks requiring dexterity.
- Vision: Clear vision for reading and analyzing documents.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Mobility: Occasional movement within the office environment.
