Job Overview:

Oasis Pub & Tiki Bar is currently hiring for :

Bartenders/Servers/ Host - Full and Part time hours available. 2 year experience necessary in a medium to high volume establishment but Days, nights, and weekends are available. Must have knowledge of food serving.

We are seeking Experienced, Honest, Motivated and Dependable employees ! Applicant MUST HAVE previous high volume experience and be a Team Player, have Excellent Customer Service Skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders and Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of restaurant operations. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and handle orders and transactions efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, to guests in a friendly and attentive manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and handling regulations.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our menu, including food and drink offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Provide excellent customer service by being knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring the integrity of our business operations.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of retail math and basic math concepts.
- Proficiency in using a POS system to manage orders and transactions.
- Ability to handle food and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing a positive guest experience.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including food safety and handling procedures.
- Basic math skills and an understanding of sales and revenue management.
- A passion for bartending and a desire to learn and grow in the role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Food handling certification preferred.
