Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating arrangements.
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest relations.
- Provide support during busy periods by helping with seating arrangements or assisting servers as needed.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
