OASYS, INC., a 100% Employee-Owned, Leading-Edge Government contractor, is seeking applicants for a C4ISR Subject Matter Expert to support a Navy customer in Charleston, SC.
Job Responsibilities include: Providing C4ISR expertise in support of Combat Data Network (CDN), Combat Operations Center (COC), or Marine Corps software and systems integration for tactical use, to include: Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Training. The successful candidate should be a recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and/or public service (e.g., federal, state, or local) leadership in Marine Corps Command, Control, Communications, & Computer Intelligence Reconnaissance, and Surveillance (C4ISR) software and systems integration on authorized tactical or enterprise networks. Perform tasks in a variety of areas to include:
- Tracking important milestones or actions for management/team
- Prioritize work by considering its risk, importance, urgency, and potential business, organizational, and client implications
- Training and mentoring junior personnel
- Knowledge of DoD Cybersecurity policies and procedures
- Interact with clients, government officials, and other executives in the private sector
- Verbal and written communications must be timely and demonstrate the consistent ability to present ideas and communicate information in a clear and concise manner
- Drafting, writing, and editing reports, briefs, correspondence and other documents
- Laisse with key internal and external stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
- Fifteen (15) years of hands-on experience with Combat Data Network (CDN), Combat Operations Center (COC), or Marine Corps software and systems integration for tactical use
- Demonstrated experience with virtual applications, VMWare vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi. Certified VMware Certified Professional (VCP5) in vSphere 6.5 or more recent. Possess a valid DoD 8140.01 information assurance level II (IAT II) certifications or higher certification (e.g., Network ).
- Strong written and oral communication skills, detail oriented, strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent attention to details and diligent adherence to deadlines and deliverables
- A high-level performer with the ability to be proactive and respond rapidly to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
Required Education: Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree however, years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
Eligibility: Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance. An Active Secret Clearance is highly desired.
