Position Summary :
We seek a Strategic Implementation Analyst to support our Army customers in driving advanced Network / C3I technology transition. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless integration of cutting-edge technology development projects into Programs of Record (PORs) managed by Government Project Managers and Program Executive Offices (PEOs). The ideal candidate will excel in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and programmatic oversight, contributing to the Army’s modernization efforts through targeted research, financial analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Facilitate the transitions of advanced technology development projects to Programs of Record (PORs) managed by Government Project Managers and Program Executive Offices (PEOs) by tracking and analyzing transition agreements to ensure adherence to policy
- Coordinate and support the Army PEO / Project Manager, Cross-Functional Team, and Futures and Concepts Center (user) engagements
- Manage programmatic and financial data and complete technical analysis of project proposals.
- Provide strategic planning support, including targeted research, analysis, and studies supporting program planning and budget activities.
- Support the oversight of ongoing programs, events, and functional responsibilities, effectively communicating with all Army stakeholders and partners, including other services, OSD, industry, and academia. Support shall include design and preparation of briefings, information papers, and reports, analysis of budgets and programmatic data, support of special studies and focus team activities, and intra- and inter-organizational coordination.
- Track, manage and provide programmatic and technical support for oversight of applied research, advanced technology development efforts, and operational analysis planning and events.
- Travel may be required.
