Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair various appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, ranges, cooktops, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, and trash compactors.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction with each repair.
• Promote our services and products to customers.
• Meet performance metrics and revenue goals.
• Continuously improve skills and expand knowledge of appliance repair techniques.
• Complete detailed service reports (PVRs) for every repair job.
• Participate in scheduled meetings and training sessions.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an appliance technician.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CFC/EPA Certification or ability to obtain is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in appliance repair.
• Ability to use a tablet for invoicing, technical research, and parts ordering.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
