What You’ll Do

- Collaborate with project management teams and business units to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions using agile and iterative methodologies.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members, fostering a supportive, team-oriented culture that values diversity, creativity, and customer satisfaction.
- Influence executive leadership with insights on technology roadmaps, vendor integrations, and application architecture health.
