Responsibilities

Conduct deepdive analyses on complex datasets using advanced techniques to uncover actionable insights.
Design build and deliver reports dashboards and data visualizations to enhance operational decisionmaking.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative customer data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain standardized and customized reporting templates for consistency and efficiency.
Communicate complex data insights clearly to stakeholders including nontechnical audiences.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing sales product and operations teams to align data projects with business goals.
Perform adhoc and indepth analyses translating findings into actionable recommendations for executives.
Partner with technical teams to improve data quality address gaps and enhance reporting capabilities.
Design and deploy traditional machine learning and deep learning models to extract insights.
Implement forecasting techniques to predict project timelines and optimize resource use.
Develop predictive analytics models to support strategic planning.

MustHave Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a data analytics role with strong problemsolving skills.

4 years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Quicksight Tableau Power BI).

Experience with predictive analytics including knowledge of predictive modeling machine learning or forecasting methods.

3 years of experience working crossfunctionally (e.g. with marketing sales product and operations) to align data projects with business goals.

Advanced Excel skills including macros pivot tables and complex formulas.

NicetoHave Qualifications

Experience in a data analyst role within the construction or manufacturing industry focused on resource optimization.

Experience with data analysis in a multiproject environment involving large complex datasets.

Proven ability to conduct independent data analysis uncover insights and communicate them effectively to drive organizational change.

Additional Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science Business Management Engineering Information Systems Mathematics Statistics) or equivalent relevant experience / training.

Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.

Experience with Data Lakes and Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure).

Familiarity with Agile methodology.

Selfstarter with the ability to devise and test hypotheses and implement research plans.

Strong business acumen to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Preferred : Experience in the home construction industry.
