We are looking for a Manager, Sales Operations Planning to join our team. This role will act as the critical link between our supply chain and sales teams, focusing on managing product availability, prioritizing customer needs, and ensuring seamless coordination between operational and commercial functions.
Here are the things we want to hire you to do :
- Act as a liaison between the sales and supply chain teams, to monitor inventory levels and address product availability issues with sales. Partner with Operations to address product availability concerns, communicate availability updates to Sales, and establish prioritization where needed
- Provide actionable insights to sales teams regarding inventory constraints, production updates, and delivery plans. Serve as the main point of contact for sales inquiries related to product availability and delivery timelines
- Work closely with sales teams to prioritize customer orders based on strategic importance and product availability
- Develop and maintain processes for managing high-priority customer accounts and escalations
- Enable successful execution of innovation, customer resets, and promotional events by communicating sales requirements, timing and quantities to cross-functional teams
- Working with the Sr. Manager, Retail Strategy, build tools and capabilities to facilitate the pre-planning process, validate inputs into customer plans and collaborate with the sales team to develop and fine tune sales plans. Provide insights into overall key drivers, risks opportunities. Advise on gap-closing opportunities

The salary for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. Compensation may also include bonus, commission, or equity as applicable. Our good faith estimate for base salary is $125,000.
