We are scaling quickly in both direct-to-consumer and retail with the goal of becoming a household brand. We have end-to-end control of all phases of the business, producing and fulfilling the product in-house, which is extremely rare for companies our size. This allows us to create new flavors and products quickly and is a tremendous advantage for our brand – we’re able to give customers a behind-the-scenes look at what we do, highlighting our people and process in content. What We’re Looking For
Warehouse Lead will communicate with the Warehouse Manager to help enforce procedures throughout the warehouses. Expected to offer guidance and encourage productivity and training. You may be asked to complete tasks at the request of management that is included but not limited to the following.

What We’re Looking For
- We are hiring for both 1st (6:30am - 3pm) and 2nd shift (3pm - 11:30pm)
- Someone that can partner and influence at all different levels
- Not afraid to get out into a manufacturing operations environment to work shoulder-to-shoulder with plant leadership to resolve problems and challenges.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a fast-moving environment
- Expectations will be clearly set, but an ambitious approach to the work is key
- Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.

What You’ll Be Doing, Stop Scanning and Read This Part
- Help manage and engage in all warehouse functions to ensure that processes are being done efficiently
- Proficient in scanning functions and ERP transactions
- Communicate with supervisor on day-to-day problems
- Assist supervisor in performing audits across warehouse(s)
- Maintain safety and quality expectations and protocols
- Training warehouse employees
- Assist in shipping functions to ensure in time delivery
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of one year of work experience required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Prior warehouse experience preferred.
- Prior experience using pallet jack or forklift preferred. Ability to obtain certification upon hire is required.

- Mobility: Frequent travel throughout the Oats Overnight 4 Facilities (walking in warehouse)
- Bending/Squatting: Constantly (picking up product, moving product)
- Lifting: Frequent- Lift 50 lbs. or less (full cases of product)
- Able to be certified on manual and powered pallet jacks or forklifts
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures vary with the seasons
