Key Responsibilities
- Configure and operate CNC machines with precision and accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance, tool changes, and calibration to optimize machine performance.
- Analyze and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce accurate components.
- Verify component conformity to specifications using measuring instruments and tools.
- Operate manual machines when necessary.
- Monitor machine performance closely and address any issues promptly.
- Work with a variety of materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, and high-performance composites.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in high-precision CNC machining.
- Proficiency in both CNC milling and turning processes.
- In-depth knowledge of GD&T/tight tolerance standards.
- Expertise in G-code/CAD/CAM and ability to make rapid adjustments.
- Manual machining experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to resolve tooling or quality issues efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
