Thoroughly test and refine designs for performance, safety, and usability, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and exceed their expectations.
Help guide the production process, setting standards and ensuring top-tier quality, from development to delivery.

About You
We're looking for someone with 3 years of hands-on engineering experience, a degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience in a manufacturing environment. Bonus points for experience with air bearings, foil bearings, motion systems, or fluid dynamics. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other top-tier production systems is also beneficial.
You should be skilled in diagnosing issues, thinking creatively, and finding smart solutions. Strong time-management, organization, and leadership skills are essential, as well as a collaborative mindset—you're someone people trust and enjoy working with.
