Answering telephones/Scheduling appointments is First Priority with this position. Must be able to work with a team.
Must be able to follow direction and be able to work in changing environments.
Communicating with patients to find appointments that work for them and the office.
Verifying insurances
Maintain confidential Medical Records
Strong Computer Skills and phone etiquette
Strong teamwork
Good Work Ethic
Able to manage multiple front and back office tasks
May be asked to work at satellite offices in Ankeny, Waukee or West Des Moines.
PTO available and paid Holidays. Medical office experience highly preferred.
