Position Summary: The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for continuously building a high volume of qualified clinical prospects at the top of the recruitment funnel. Responsible for contributing to the development of sourcing strategies and executing against sourcing plans at the regional and national level. The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for leveraging diverse resources including paid and non-paid platforms, online social and professional networking sites, niche sites, cold calls to clinicians/groups and events to connect with potential passive candidates. Subject-matter expert on best-practices in talent sourcing, well-versed in a wide range of sourcing techniques, and proficient utilizing a variety of sourcing and recruiting platforms. The Recruiting Specialist may support the Research Specialist as needed in researching and identifying: potential partnerships within professional associations, academic institutions, and organizations to ensure a broad outreach to engage and attract passive talent. New innovative sourcing methods and/or platforms that support clinician recruiting. The Recruiting Specialist will also lead or participate in sourcing projects and/or special projects that focus on delivering improvements in the department's processes, tools, and technology to support the growth of Ob Hospitalist Group (OBHG).

- Source and identify candidates (physicians, CNM’s, NP’s and other clinicians as needed) for open positions through various channels, including internal position responses, referrals, internet tools, direct recruiting, job fairs, etc. to ensure timely, quality candidate placements and a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Researches and identifies sourcing opportunities for the department in collaboration with Research Specialist.
- Collect, analyze and maintain sourcing data gathered to provide to leadership.
- Responsible for maintaining the sourcing portion of the recruitment campaign, including posting and maintaining print, online, direct mail and any other campaigns decided upon.
- Manage postings on clinical job boards and the OBHG website as well as niche and social media sites as deemed appropriate. This includes staying up to date on the job board candidate registrations.
- Post leads and all call/email/text activity into Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with strong attention to data integrity
- Responsible for assisting department with mailers and invite lists for in person Recruiting Events
- Respond promptly to candidates and internal team via email, phone or in-person.
- Conduct initial-prescreen on clinician applicants and present qualified leads to Senior Recruiting team – all activity required to be tracked in ATS
- Cold calls to potential candidates.
- Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills/Credentials/Experience/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, communication, or a related field required; or the equivalent of work experience related to recruitment.
- Experience in healthcare or recruiting healthcare positions highly desirable and preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft suite

Hourly Compensation: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour Incentive Plan. Nonexempt postion.
